Return policy
We design Nike AF1 to bring quality and performance to our customers active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If the customer feels the need to return or exchange an item, we will gladly make it happen.
Return requests should be emailed to www.nikeguide.com within 3 days after your order was delivered to you.
The product should be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
When return is motivated by a quality issue, we would compensate the return shipping fees and replace the defective item at our cost, providing that our return procedure has been follow.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange the product of Nike AF1 You must contact us before. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition .Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
We will not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 20 days of the original order dispatch date.Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund and place a new order for the style you prefer.
